We only ship insurred, to protect everyone (for safety we use glass bottles for the DMSO.BZ). 

Once shipped, because of their nature, they cannot be resold.  We, therefore, do not accept refunds or exchanges.  You would not want a used product and neither would anyone else.   We ship all packages insurred because some of the products are glass, and the shippers do miss-handle the boxes on occasion, and/or even lose them. 

If you ever have to file a claim with the shipping carrier, we will assist you with this process, which is quite simple.  Thank you.
